Payment processing and revenue distribution

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Creator Obligations

As a content creator, you agree to:

Only upload content you own or have permission to distribute
Ensure all content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights
Respond promptly to user questions and support requests
Comply with our content guidelines and quality standards
Maintain professional conduct in all platform interactions

4.3 Revenue Sharing

Creators receive 70% of net revenue from content sales, with HowTo.Haus retaining 30% to cover platform costs, payment processing, and services. Revenue sharing terms may vary based on creator tier and promotional programs.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes.

5.2 Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system and may be subject to review. Subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Content moderation may be performed through automated systems, community reporting, and manual review. We strive to apply our policies fairly and consistently, but we cannot guarantee immediate response to all reports.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
